Uncurtain Inc. is a New York-based custom metal and glass fabricator. Their latest product line is known as the SoHo Slider. A beautiful and stylish shower door with a modern/contemporary style. Uncurtain required a simplistic, one-page website with a clear and concise call to action and an easy-to-navigate shopping cart chock-full-o' analytics and CRM capability. From concept to launch the project took two weeks, and allowed Uncurtain to quickly proceed on a marketing plan focusing primarily on Google AdWords.
We worked closely with Uncurtain to determine their conversion goals and crafted a unique conversion-optimization plan which focused on a simplistic customer journey and clear calls to action. Time was of the essence on delivering this project, as it was a requirement for the website launch to coincide with the rapidly approaching product launch date. We expedited the entire process and built the new web-presence from the ground-up in two weeks.
In order to allow the customer self-serve flexibility post-launch, we developed on the Wordpress platform. In-depth analytic and CRM tools were included to allow the client to be alerted of, and manage abandoned shopping carts. A CRM tool provided the ability to reach those users for follow-up in order to nurture prospects along the conversion funnel. A complete order and inventory management system was put in place to allow complete control of the process right from the website. We also built in intrusive upsell calls-to-action, right on the landing page, to inform a first-time visitor of additional custom services offered.
The design of the website was specifically crafted to coincide with the product's style as well as the style of the target customer.
